When you place your homecare needs in the hands of PHS, you can expect our professional staff to assume all the responsibility of staffing, scheduling and monitoring around the clock care for your loved one. Our caregivers are professional, courteous, experienced individuals that have successfully completed an extensive screening process including, but not limited to national criminal and motor vehicle background checks. PHS Caregivers provide assistance with the activities of daily living and are mindful of the limits of their authority.

Our daily rates vary based upon the needs of the client and include room and board. Our system is the most cost effective when twenty-four hour care is required. Selecting PHS to fill your homecare needs can easily save a family from $35,000 to $75,000 annually compared to hourly rates for the same service.
The following is a generalization as to how we establish a rate tailored to individual needs.
Basic Care/Moderate Care: Caregivers provide light household duties, meal preparation, errands, transporting of the client. Care ranges from individuals who need supervision or companionship to those who need assistance in bathing, toileting, dressing and mobility. This level of care also includes individuals who require minimal night assistance.
Dependent Care: Includes all of the above. In addition, client may be bed bound or wheelchair dependent, unable to assist with mobility, require use of specialized equipment, means for feeding, maximalnight assistance and/or incontinence of bowel or bladder requiring the use of adult diapers.
Family Care Plus : Includes care for two or more individuals. An additional fee is added for each level of care for each individual. A difficulty factor will be discussed if the case so requires.
